Early access
Timesheet Tracker is in early access. It is free to use during this period. Features may change, and some features described on this site, such as Tempo and Excel (XLSX) support, are planned rather than available. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll announce them in advance.
Your timesheet is your call
The app suggests how to assign your time and drafts worklog text. You review and confirm everything before it is sent to Jira or exported. You are responsible for the accuracy of the time you log and for following your employer’s or client’s time-reporting rules.
Acceptable use
- Use the app to track your own work. Don’t install or use it to monitor other people.
- Connect only Jira sites you are allowed to access, using your own credentials.
- Don’t try to break or overload our services, including the waitlist form.
Third-party services
The app works with services we don’t control, such as Atlassian Jira and the AI service you select. Your use of them is subject to their own terms. Jira and Atlassian are trademarks of Atlassian. Microsoft and Windows are trademarks of Microsoft. Timesheet Tracker is not affiliated with or endorsed by either company.
No warranty
The website and the app are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We work hard to keep worklogs correct and to avoid duplicates, but we can’t guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the website or the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we’ll give notice on this site or in the app before they apply.
